Here are five cute and stylish cafes on Miyako Island that will make you want to take pictures.
When I went there (around July 15, 2021), it was still open even under the state of emergency, so it is a good place to visit if you are planning a trip this summer.
Of course, the images used in the article are photos I actually visited and took myself.
I’ve also attached a Google map so you can take advantage of it on your drive.

that are open early in the morning on Miyakojima.
If you want to make the most of the time you have
before checking in to your hotel, this is the place for you.
I recommend the freshly baked and crispy croissants!
The croissants are made with the best dough from France.
In addition to the sets
There are also croissants, toast, and

But I just had to introduce it.
Here’s an extra snack for you!
It’s a small shop a little ways past the Irabu Bridge.
It’s my favorite snack in Miyakojima, the red sweet potato sata-pan-bin!
In Miyako Island, we call Saata-undergi Sata-pan-bin.
sata = sugar, panbin = fried food.

You can buy them freshly fried here.
You can enjoy the hot and crispy outside.
The sata andagi is dry and takes all the moisture in your mouth.

I can eat as many as I want.
The beautiful purple color of the red potatoes is so pretty.
It makes me want to take a picture of it.
